Spectral parameters consistent with UARS and EOS
More accurate forward model
- Freon, aerosol, CO2 and CH4 interference included
- Ozone retrieved and used in CO2 bandpass model

- Earth oblateness explicitly included (small effect)
Reduced effects due to noise, jitter, and spacecraft motion
by averaging scan pairs
Use of all scans and samples. Original processing used only
1/6 of scans and 1/4 of samples (I.E. 1/24 of data)

interleave approach
